Canvas is here, plus faster workspaces and more export control

  • Canvas is here — Create and manage SQL-based report pages with authoring tools or AI-assisted generation.
  • Faster on large workspaces — Navigation, search, paged tables and dashboards do less work behind the scenes, so they load noticeably quicker.
  • Search while reviewing, with X-ray — Search source documents in review mode and find extracted data on rotated scans.
  • Print and freeze columns — Print straight from review mode, and freeze columns so they stay in view.
  • Shareable grid links — A grid view link now opens the exact saved view it came from.
  • Invoice number as filename — Batch extraction can name files by invoice number.

  • No lost rows — SQL workflows that load data page by page no longer drop rows between pages.
  • Variables in workflows — Workflow queries can now take variables, so one query can be reused with different values.
  • Self-recovering tasks — Background tasks that get stuck are detected and restarted automatically, so the system doesn't hang.
  • Safer query builder — Supports queries with inputs, and warns you before unsaved changes are lost.
  • Clearer integration setup — Once connected, credentials are hidden and a Reset Authentication button appears instead.
  • Faster on large workspaces — Dashboards, paged tables and admin forms do less work behind the scenes, so they load faster.
  • Smoother navigation — Clearing a search keeps your expanded navigation open, and delete confirmations look the same everywhere.
