Reset Your Password

How to reset your VAL password or get access for the first time using your company email.

First-Time Access

If you are a new user and this is your first time logging in, your admin will have created your account with your company email. Use the Forgot password? link on the login page to generate your first password — the steps below walk you through it.

Forgot Your Password?

If you cannot log in to VAL, you can reset your password in under a minute. All you need is the company email address your account was set up with.

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Open your VAL workspace in a browser. The URL is usually yourcompany.thinkval.io — your team admin or ThinkVAL representative can confirm the exact address.

You will see the login screen:

Step 2: Click "Forgot password?"

At the bottom of the login form, click the Forgot password? link. This takes you to the password reset page.

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

On the Reset Password page, enter your company email address — the same one your VAL account was created with.

Click RESET PASSWORD.

Step 4: Check Your Email

You will see a confirmation message: "Email has been sent. Please check your email."

Open your inbox and look for an email from VAL. Click the link inside to set a new password.

Tip: If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder. The email is sent immediately — if it does not arrive within a few minutes, try again or contact your admin.

Step 5: Set Your New Password

The link in the email takes you to a page where you can create a new password. Once set, head back to the login page and sign in with your new credentials.
